I want a refund

  1. Payments are handled by the store you bought from, not by us.
  2. On Android, request a refund through Google Play.
  3. On Apple devices, request a refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
  4. If a coin purchase is refunded, the coins from that purchase are removed. If you already spent them, your account shows a coin debt, and you can't spend coins until new coins have paid it off.
