My coins didn't arrive

  1. Make sure your phone is connected to the internet.
  2. Check that you are signed in with Google Play Games: open Store in the main menu and look at the account line. Coins are kept on your Play Games account, and bought coins wait until you are signed in.
  3. Close the game completely and open it again. Every time it starts, the game checks your purchases with Google Play and adds coins that are still waiting.
  4. Coins are added only after our server confirms the purchase with Google Play, so this can take a few minutes.
